Early Finisher Tasks is a board for the interactive whiteboard that shows each student what to do when they finish their work. Give every student their own short list of picture tasks, and they tap each one to tick it off when it's done.
Best for: All primary classes, especially students who need visual, step-by-step routines (teacher tool)
How to use it
Open ⚙️ Settings and type your class list, one name per line, or bring it across from Class Roll Marking.
Tap ✏️ Assign Tasks. Pick a task from the task bank, then tap each student who should do it. Use Give to everyone for whole-class tasks.
Use ▲ to change the order of a student's tasks and ✕ to remove one. Add your own tasks with a picture at the bottom of the task bank.
Tap ✅ Done and leave the board up on the whiteboard. Students tap a task to tick it, and tap again to untick.
Ticks clear by themselves each new day, or tap ↺ Clear Ticks. The tasks stay until you change them.
Teaching tips
Keep lists short (two or three tasks) for students who need clear, achievable steps, and number them so the order is obvious.
Turn on Only show students who have tasks so the board stays big and easy to read.
Put a quiet task first and a preferred activity last as a natural "first, then" reward.
