About this game

Rounding Hill: Drag and Drop asks students to place a number on the hill themselves. They drop the ball where they think the number belongs, and it rolls downhill to the nearest ten, hundred or thousand.

Best for: Years 3 to 4

How to play

  1. Choose to round to the nearest ten, hundred or thousand.
  2. Drag the ball to where you think the number sits on the hill.
  3. Let go and watch which way it rolls.
  4. Turn on Free Play to explore without a target number.
